Auto-ask for a Google review after a job
When a job is marked done in your system, we trigger a polite review request with your Google Business link — consistent asks without awkward follow-ups.

The problem
Happy customers rarely leave Google reviews unless someone asks at the right moment. Manual chase lists get skipped on busy weeks.
Who it's for
- Trades and field-service businesses on Jobber or similar job tools
- Clinics and local services with a clear “job complete” status
- Teams with an active Google Business Profile
What we install
- Trigger on job completed / invoice paid / status you choose
- SMS or email ask with your review link
- Simple delay window so you are not asking mid-complaint
- Optional Slack/email ping when a request goes out
Timeline: Typically 5–8 business days after intake access is granted.
Done means: Marking a test job complete sends the approved ask with your live review link.
In scope
- One job system trigger and one ask channel (SMS or email)

FAQ
- Is this allowed by Google?
- We only send a normal request with your public review link. We do not filter reviews or pay for ratings.
- What tools do you need access to?
- Usually Jobber (or your job tool), your SMS/email sender, and your Google Business review URL. Full intake list is sent after checkout.
- Do I need a sales call?
- Not for the standard scope. Checkout on this page; we follow up with intake. Calls only if your stack needs clarification.
